This is good news seeing that Bobby shmurda is facing seven years in prison.
The 22-year-old MC appeared in court for his alleged attempt to smuggle a shank into Rikers Island. Shmurda is now facing up to seven years in prison because of the reported stunt; however, prosecutors have offered a plea deal that could significantly reduce the sentence.
TMZ reports Shmurda, real name Ackquille Jean Pollard, is being urged by his attorney Alex Spiro to plead guilty to “attempted promoting prison contraband.” If he accepts the deal, Shmurda will get one to four years in prison, which will run concurrently with his existing seven-year sentence for conspiracy charges.
