This weekend, Tyrese took to Instagram to tease a sequel to Baby Boy.
“Sequel to Baby Boy coming soon….. #BabyBoyComingOfAge shout to @johnsingleton,” he wrote alongside a clip from the original 2001 movie.
The 2001 coming-of-age film served as the film debut for both Tyrese Gibson and Taraji P. Henson, so there’s no doubt it holds a special place in their hearts. Originally, Tupac Shakur was set to star in the film, but Tyrese was given the role after Tupac’s death.
