Cut back on sweets. Sweets trigger a rush of insulin, which gives your liver permission to store fat around your waistline.

Put an egg on it. Eggs contain a lot of Protein and Amino Acids

Drink Water, not soda. This may be the number one cause of bloating, dehydration, and a puffy midsection. Water is just dar good for you

Snack on Almonds, Theyre good fat!
