According to WREG Cohen was disgraced by the comments he made after what happened in Charlottesville. Cohen said, “Lacks the ethical and moral rectitude to be President of the United States. President Trump has failed the presidential test of moral leadership. No moral president would ever shy away from outright condemning hate, intolerance, and bigotry.”

Cohen currently represents a district that is majority African-American and is Jewish. When he watched the videos from Charlottesville, Cohen saw something that happened in 1938 in Nazi Germany, but it really is the year 2017.

Cohen is prepared for this battle and is hoping to finish his resolution in the next week or two.
