In 2016, Colin Kaepernick began a silent protest police brutality and racial injustice by kneeling during the National Anthem. Some have misinterpreted his actions as disrespectful to the United States and its flag, which has sparked a controversy that even Donald Trump has been involved in. As a result, it is perceived that NFL owners won’t give Kaepernick an opportunity because they want to avoid potential backlash, even though he is more capable of making an NFL roster.
Do you think filing this grievance will help Colin Kaepernick get signed on an NFL team, or end his career?
