Lupita Nyong’o came forward with a full op-ed about her own experience being propositioned and pawed at by Harvey Weinstein back in the days when she was still a studying actress at Yale School of Drama.
Now, as support outpours for Lupita sharing her story, Horny Harvey is clapping back with claims that he remembers things going differently, though he won’t expand on what exactly he means by that.
According to E! News, Harvey’s rep sent over a statement shading Lupita’s account of events and even tried to insinuate that she actively sought out his attention for her Broadway show last year.
“Mr. Weinstein has a different recollection of the events, but believes Lupita is a brilliant actress and a major force for the industry. Last year, she sent a personal invitation to Mr. Weinstein to see her in her Broadway show Eclipsed.”
Wayment….how many women have accused this man? And he chose to respond to the bla….nevermind.
