Kevin Gates was serving a 30 month sentence in East Moline Correctional for a gun charge, which he was serving right after serving 180 days in Polk County Jail which was for Battery, in 2016.
If parole his granted for Gates his terms of release are mandatory supervision, and he’s not allowed to possess any firearms.
Now if Gates follows all the stipulations he will be off parole January 10, 2019.
Lets Just hope he doesn’t kick another fan in the face, better yet no Fan should grab at his pants when he is on stage.
