UPDATE: Four-year-old D’Quai Hemchack has been found safe and his mother, Jennifer, is in police custody.
SANDUSKY, Ohio (WSYX/WTTE) — Police are searching for a boy who they say was kidnapped by his mother in northeast Ohio on Friday.
D’Quai Hemchack, 4, was forcibly taken by his his mother, Jennifer Hemchack, in Sandusky. Police say the boy is in imminent danger.
She was seen driving a 2015 white Hyundai Sonata with Florida plates and license plate number, IWUM23. She was also wearing a dark-colored jacket.
D’Quai is approximately 3′ and 30-35 pounds. He has one earring in each ear and a band aid on each leg.
