Well ya boy had to turn himself in for Felony Domestic Violence.
This is the case where a woman by the name of Andrea Buera accused Trey Songz of hitting her.
According to her it happened NBA All Star Weekend at a Hollywood Hills party.
She claims Trey was upset that she was talking to another man, hit her multiple times, and threw her cell phone cover the balcony.
Of course we all know Trey Songz is innocent until proven guilty!
