If you’ve got a highly creative mind, love LEGOs, and don’t mind relocating a couple hundred miles east, LEGOLAND Discovery Center in Columbus, Ohio may have your dream job.

The center, which opens this fall, is looking to hire a full-time Master Model Builder, a position only 23 people in the world have.

The candidate must be creative and an expert builder. While this may seem like a perfect job for your 8-year-old, it’s not exactly that easy.

The special person who gets the job will construct large-scale LEGO models, mentor children and make media appearances. And that may not even be the cool part. The Master Model Builder also gets a personal studio with an endless supply of LEGO bricks.

Applicants should probably have a bit of a competitive spirit, as the interview process is not for the faint of heart. Candidates will compete in Brick Factor, a two-day contest where selected competitors will participate in three building challenges. Participants are eliminated each round, until the top 10 finalists will do a traditional interview round to earn the job title of Master Model Builder.

“The search for our Master Model Builder is one of the most important and exciting events we will have prior to opening,” LEGOLAND Discovery Center Columbus GM, Jacob Kristensen told WCMH. “We’re looking for individuals who have a passion for building with LEGO bricks and are able to translate that into a desire to teach and interact with guests as the ambassador of our attraction.”

The first two rounds of the Brick Factor building challenge will be Saturday, May 5 at the Easton Town Center in the Station Building, close to the new future home of the LEGOLAND Discovery Center. The third round, with the top 10 finalists, will be Sunday, May 6.
