Does queen Bey deserve to be the scapegoat for the huge political loss?

Now all Beyonce was trying to do was encourage the beehive to go out and vote for Democratic Senate candidate Beto O’Rourke when she posted this picture below on her Instagram.

However, O’Rourke lost his Senate race to Ted Cruz and now people want to make the queen the scapegoat. Many in the beehive is saying the queen took way too long to promote her vote for O’Rourke.
