Ahhhhhh- to be young again!

Nickelodeon announced they will be bringing back some old favorites in 2019! A crowd favorite All That is set to return this summer!

The tween appropriate sketch comedy show will appeal to the new generation with an all new cast and guest performances. They will, however, have some nostalgia in the building. Kenan Thompson of Saturday Night Live is going to executive produce the series. This move is critical to those of us that remember the original All That episodes. Thompson actually received his big break on the set of All That in 1994. Actors Kel Mitchell, Nick Cannon, and Amanda Bynes also appeared on the original series.

“It means everything to me,” Thompson, 40, said in an interview with Variety. “It was my first job that I ever had. It gave me an opportunity.”

Thompson received tons of success appearing on the show, including the infamous role on Good Burger and spin-off, Kenan and Kel.

All That ran for 10 seasons from 1994 to 2005. This revival is to premiere summer 2019.

Nickelodeon also announced they will be reviving Are You Afraid of the Dark? If you recall, the horror series followed a group of friends known as, The Midnight Society. The group came together weekly to tell spooky ghost stories around a campfire. The series aired originally from 1990 to 1996. The all new miniseries is to kick off this year and end with a movie, which is set to hit theaters in October 2019.

Don’t judge me when I tune in to both of these cool throwback shows!
