We were all waiting for this to happen and it looks like prosecutors will charge rapper Kodak Black with the rape of a South Carolina teen.
The alleged rape happened back in 2016 but now the 12th Circuit Solicitor Ed Clements has enough evidence to charge Kodak with first-degree criminal sexual conduct charge.
“We are slowly but steadily moving toward a disposition. I want to do justice for the victim – whatever that takes.”

Police reports detail that after one of the rapper’s concerts in Florence, South Carolina, Kodak “forced the victim onto a hotel bed, committing sexual battery while biting her neck and breasts.” The victim repeatedly asked the rapper to stop. The details of the injuries she suffered are reportedly documented in a rape kit.
Kodak was arrested soon after the victim made a police report in November of 2016.
Now it looks like Kodak will have another fight for his life and freedom. No word when he will have to appear in court. We will keep you updated on the latest.
