This could not be me, but according to USAToday.com, a Michigan man, by the name of Rich Zelasko must split his lottery winnings with his ex wife, Mary Beth Zelasko.
Her arbitrator, John Mills, argued that when Rich won the lottery in 2013, the two had only been separated for two years, and pointed out that their marriage wasn’t finalized by courts until 2018.
Which all in all makes the lottery ticker marital property!
