A Bigger Butt Might be Better!
Bigger butts are all the rage among health experts these days. New research shows that having a bigger behind and thighs is better than having a big belly because it cuts down on bad cholesterol and raises your levels of good cholesterol. And, says the review published in the International Journal of Obesity, it helps cut the risk of diabetes. Oxford University researchers looked at various studies to come to their conclusion and while there’s a whole lot of medical jargon involved, it breaks down to this: the fat stored in your butt causes fewer problems than the fat stored in your tummy. The British Heart Foundation plans to use the research to develop new approaches in reducing heart and circulatory diseases. We’re just going to use it to further our goal of looking like J-Lo.
