A new professional basketball league is recruiting white players only. Reportedly, an Augusta, Georgia-based promoter Don “Moose” Lewis has proclaimed himself commissioner of the All-American Basketball Alliance.
Johnson says the new league will kick off its season in June. Only natural-born U.S. Citizens with both parents of the Caucasian race will be eligible to play.
Lewis says he wants to emphasize “fundamental basketball” instead of what he calls, quote, “street ball played by people of color.” Lewis claims hatred is not involved, adding, “I don’t hate anyone of color.”
