A prankster in England has been harassing dispatchers on an emergency line for eight months!
21-year-old Daniel Hammond claimed he was raped by a whale and gave his name as Ben Dover!!
He also said his uhh “weapon” had fallen off because he smoked too much weed.
Once he called in impersonating Saddam Hussein, claiming to have hid a bomb on a train.
Hammond was finally caught after he called to report threats he himself had been receiving claimed he was receiving.
Say What??!!
Police recognized his number and made the arrest!!!
