A man in England claims he was fined by police for blowing his nose while stuck in a traffic jam.
Say What??!!
The 39 year old businessman says traffic was at a standstill, so he put his emergency brake on and bles his nose
But instead of being waved on to pass, the bobby…directing traffic
waved him to the side and issued him a citation for not being in proper control of his car??
