Court documents from the three-count indictment were filed earlier this month in the Southern District of Texas, and claim Price and another individual, identified as Armani Williams, conspired to commit arson at Bar 5015 in June 2020.

The pair allegedly used mobile phones to direct that a stolen vehicle be destroyed by fire. The charges they face include conspiracy to commit arson, arson, and conspiracy to use an interstate facility to commit arson. According to prosecutors, Lynn recruited a group of accomplices to set the Third Ward bar’s entrance ramp ablaze. He is also accused of paying the group for the arson.

The arrests were the result of an investigation conducted by the FBI, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, and the Houston Police Department. In a separate incident, authorities said Price paid a man identified as John Lee Price and others to set fire to a stolen 1975 Chevy Nova.

After a series of national headline-grabbing news, social media spats and legal disputes, H-Town’s beloved Turkey Leg Hut closed its doors for good in late 2024. The spot not only became a favorite with locals, but a hit with celebs and tourists curious to try the popular assortment of turkey legs, drinks and vibes for themselves.
