Michael Jackson’s former doctor is expected to surrender to authorities in Los Angeles today if they charge him with involuntary manslaughter. So far, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office has said little about rumors that charges will be filed against Dr. Conrad Murray in connection with the “King of Pop’s” death.
