Kweenz Destroy was founded in 2006 by graffiti artist, designer and entrepreneur INDIE184.
A Washington Heights native, by way of the Dominican Republic, Indie184 always dreamed of launching her own clothing brand, fusing her love of fashion and graffiti.
She mostly specializes in T-shirts and tank tops that display her inner graffiti artist. With its urban echo, her line is a salute to the old school B-girl fashion.
She uses atypical colors that express femininity. One of her designs is a tribute to Leila Khaled, who has been called the “poster girl of Palestinian militancy.” READ MORE
