Kanye West and Lupe Fiasco will be in South Korea the first weekend in August  to headline the Summer Week & T music festival.  The two Chi-town emcees will be the featured performers in a line-up dominated by dance and electronic artists.  Organizers of the Summer Week & T music festival want to create the same kind of wild vibe they have in Ibiza, the world-famous party island in Spain.
