Nelly Will Bring Hip Hop To Branson
Nelly will make history next month by becoming the first rapper to perform in Branson, Missouri – the resort town best known for shows aimed at senior citizens and families (ie: Andy Williams, Tony Orlando & Dawn, the Osmond Brothers, Motown Downtown and Dolly Parton’s Dixie Stampede and Dinner Show). Nelly will rock the stage at the reopening of the Grand Palace theater on August 21. A rep for the Grand Palace says that Branson is trying to expand by featuring artists from R&B, hip hop and other musical genres.
