TMZ reports that when Tiger Woods and Elin Nordregen finally sign off on their divorce papers, it won’t contain a provision that would stop Elin from bringing her two kids to Sweden. It isn’t known whether she’d be allowed to bring them there permanently, but sources say the agreement gives her “wide latitude” in deciding where they should live.
