Bieber, B.o.B. Confirmed for VMAs
Justin Bieber and B.o.B. have been confirmed for the MTV Video Music Awards, which will air live from L.A. on September 12th. MTV made the announcement yesterday, adding the two acts to a list of performers that includes Kanye West and Drake. Meanwhile, Ke$ha, Nicki Minaj, Trey Songz and Ne-Yo have been confirmed as presenters.
