Singer Chris Brown recently announced a fan appreciation tour to kick off November 14th in Houston and wrap a month later in NYC. Proceeds from the tour are set to benefit several charities including; Best Buddies International, an organization that works with children with intellectual disabilities, and Los Angeles’ Jenesse Center, a domestic violence intervention organization.
