The University of South Carolina is now offering a class entitled “Lady Gaga and the Sociology of Fame.”
48-year-old Sociology Professor Mathieu Deflem organized the course, the class description reads: “The central objective is to unravel some of the sociologically relevant dimensions of the fame of Lady Gaga.”
Deflem says that he has met Gaga on numerous occasions.
Hmmm…I go to KFC all the time, maybe I’ll write a curriculum on the Colonel and the short life of his Rotisserie Chicken!!
