The judge presiding in Usher and Tameka Raymonds divorce/child custody hearing has ordered him to Usher to reopen Tameka’s Saks Fifth Avenue credit card in his name.  Usher closed the account last year.

The closed credit card is just one of the items on her list of grievances in their ongoing custody battle.  The court has gone as far as to hold the singer in contempt for cancelling the plug on the plush family charge account.

Tameka told the courts that she needs the Saks account to properly fulfill her  job duties as a stylist.

The former Mrs. Raymond also sought funds for the nanny services, a bill she said Usher stuck her with as he continually failed to communicate with her about where and when he traveled with the kids.

The court found in her favor again and awarded Tameka $1,300 for the nanny.
