1. The upcoming album from Rihanna may be the latest to fall victim to hackers. A song called “World Peace” has surfaced online, and is rumored to be one of the tracks off her much-anticipated release, “#R8.”
The track appears to be unfinished, and while it remains unclear whether or not it’s authentic, fans are taking what they can get. Since it surfaced online January 1st, the “World Peace” leak on YouTube has already racked up over 300-thousand views. The pop star has been keeping her followers in suspense. She’s hinted a follow-up to 2012’s “Unapologetic” sometime this year, and has even shared one 15-second-clip of a song called “Kiss It Better” on her Instagram page. RiRi hasn’t commented on the “World Peace” demo yet, keeping busy sharing bikini shots from her vacation in St. Barts.
2. Beanie Sigel is reportedly out of the hospital after being shot last month outside his home in New Jersey. On Instagram, fellow rapper and Beanie’s friend Neef Buck posted a picture that he says shows that rapper leaving the hospital. Tagged with the caption “My boy is home,” the picture shows a person with their face covered standing up from a wheel chair and being helped into a vehicle. On December 5th, the Philadelphia-born emcee was shot in the abdomen outside of his home in Pleasantville, New Jersey. Following the shooting, he was reported to be in critical condition.
Knight Pulliam, who played Cosby’s youngest daughter Rudy Huxtableon “The Cosby Show,” tells NBC’s “Today” that ultimately the allegations that the comedy legend drugged and assault numerous women in past decades are just that – allegations. She says what she’s heard about Cosby in recent months is just not the man she knows, choosing instead to emphasize the work he has done as a philanthropist and an entertainer. Knight Pulliam is the first former “Cosby Show” cast member to speak out publicly on the allegations. She was on “Today” to talk about her experience on the new season of “The Celebrity Apprentice” from which she became the first contestant to be eliminated on Sunday night’s premiere episode.
