911 is here for emergencies, right? So when they received a call that someone had collapsed, of course they rushed to the scene. Well…they rushed, not to save a woman, but a pigeon! So someone called 911 and said a woman collapsed and it was really a pigeon? NO! They called and said “a BIRD collapsed!” So whatever ratchet ass 911 dispatcher took the call, thought the “bird” that collapsed was a woman!
