Ladies and gentleman, ’tis the season to be Dreamville.

In case you’re not already familiar, Dreamville is the label and brand founded by talented hip hop lyricist J.Cole. Among other things, the label is home to a handful of rising hip hop artists including Queens, NY native Bas, Chicago wordsmith Omen, and west coast emcee Cozz.

Yesterday, following several rounds of unexpected and foreshadowing fan interaction from Cole himself, the Dreamville crew dropped their “Revenge of the Dreamers II” mixtape on iTunes.

In addition to the expected heat from Cole, Cozz, Bas and Omen, the project also features appearances from two newest additions to the Dreamville family. Lute, a North Carolina-born rap artist and Ari Lennox, a soulful songstress who isn’t exactly new to the music industry, received a warm welcome from fans and an official shoutout from Dreamville president Ibrahim Hamad just as the mixtape was released yesterday evening.
