Columbus Police are investigating a shooting near downtown.
CPD reports that callers said a group of people were running and someone fired a gun at the Columbus City Schools bus from Columbus Africentric High School. The shooting happened at the 350 block of North Monroe Avenue around 3:06 pm.
A Columbus City Schools spokesperson said ten students were on the bus with no injuries. He added the bus didn’t appear to be hit.
