Ok so we were all wrong, myself and the internet who all assumed that the real KiKi was Drakes childhood friend, Keisha Chante.
But according to lovebscott, the real KiKi is K’Yanna Barber of Oakland, CA.
They were seen partying together in West Hollywood, at a club called Delilahs.
Barber close friend had an IG post of the two partying together, but then she soon deleted it from her IG. In the video you could see Drake, and K’Yanna enjoying each others company.

Only Drake will know who the real KiKi is that has him in his feelings, or maybe there is no KiKi at all.
