EA Sports recently released its soundtrack for its Madden ’19 game set to drop later this month.

However the gaming guru is catching backlash for censoring a Big Sean lyric referencing Colin Kaepernick in his feature on YG’s “Big Bank”

In the song, Sean Don raps, “Feed me to the wolves now I lead the pack and shit

You boys all cap, I’m more Colin Kaepernick”

Kaepernick is the former San Fransico 49er, who has been exiled from the NFL for his protesting the national anthem.

Big Sean took to Twitter to express his anger with the situation saying, “It’s disappointing and appalling @NFL & @EA took Colin Kaepernick’s name out of my verse on Big Bank for Madden 19, like it was a curse word.” He wrote, “When he’s not a curse, he’s a gift! Nobody from my team approved any of this.

So since most are already “boycotting” the NFL this season, would this be a big enough deal to “boycott” the video game???
