This is upsetting to myself and of course to women who are fans of the greatest tennis player ever Serena Williams, who took on Naomi Osaka.

The tournament referee docked her $10,000 for verbal abuse of chair umpire Carlos Ramos, smh, than $4,000 for being warned for coaching, and $3,000 for breaking her racket. The fine will come out of her prize money, being runner up $1.85 million as the runner up.

She had every right to be upset and what i loved the most was that, she took her lost like a true champion.

“To lose a game for saying that is not fair,” Williams said. “Theres a lot of men out here that have said a lot of things and because they are men that doesn’t happen.”

Osaka won the U.S. Open to become the first Grand Slam champion from Japan, beating Williams 6-2, 6-4
