His mother-in-law Tina Lawson was actually first out the Carter/Knowles clan to wish the rapper and business mogul a happy birthday.
I know many guys wish they had a cool and loving mother-in-law like Ms. Tina. Bey still hasn’t said anything publicly about her hubby’s birthday. However, you know she has been treating him like a King all day and probably for the rest of the week.
