DMX is a free man again after he was released from Friday morning. The rapper was greeted by family outside the Gilmer Federal Correctional Institution in West Virginia. He served his one-year sentence after pleading guilty to tax evasion.
He will have to undergo substance abuse treatment and pay the IRS $2.3 million in restitution. The Ruff Ryda is expected to work on a new album which will help pay some of that debt off.
