You gotta do what you gotta do sis.
We see our girl Tinashe had enough with her position over at RCA Records and has reportedly walked out on the label. According to her manager Mike Narrazo, it was due to “creative control.”
“We initiated for her to be released. It was a positive split for her. It’s giving her back creative control. [The split has] been a respectful separation on both sides. Her relationship with RCA was a long-term relationship, but they needed space. It was time to part ways.”
Narrazo says they are currently looking for a new home for Tinashe and new opportunities for her. While on the label she released two full projects “Aquarius” (2014) and “Joyride” (2018).
The singer has seen rave reviews recently after her performance in “RENT” televised live on FOX.
