This may be a post for those who are seniors and you wanted until the last minute to complete those volunteer hours. Or Maybe you are a college student who needs to complete community work for a project. Then you have those people who just want to give back because it’s apart of who they are. Either way this month there are plenty of opportunities to help make your city a better place. April 22 is earth day and its a chance for everyone to take some times out of there day to help strengthen and beautify the green ground.

As stated on earthdaycolumbus.org,  “Earth Day Columbus is a week of citizen action taking place across Central Ohio during which thousands of everyday people will pitch in to make our city a little greener! From planting trees to cleaning up litter to beautifying parks, there are dozens of opportunities to organize or join in an Earth Day Service Site.”
