If you been paying attention to the news lately this may not be a shocker. Just Wednesday I reported that Whitehall Police arrested the same woman twice in one night for OVI arrests.

Welp, now it’s official that Franklin County is leading the state in OVI arrests, according to data provided by the Ohio Highway Patrol.
So far in 2019, 53 OVI-related that caused 65 deaths. One too many, yes, but this number is down 21 percent since compare to the same time last year.
As far as arrests, 6,300 OVI-related arrests so far this year.
