It’s hard to say if this is good or bad due to the fact more school shootings have happened , and what’s crazy is that EVERY SCHOOL DISTRICT had a no cell
phone policy back in like 2008……sooooo what happened??? I’ll tell you what happened we turned into some punks lol it’s the truth just 10 years ago there was
no way you could bring a phone to school that was just the rule but slowly but surely more and more you seen students in class with their phones and the RULE
