The ex LHHA star went to court to fight a number of cases, one of the main ones is when she was accused pf abusing her daughter at school ,by putting her head into a locker. When ordered to stay away form her daughter by the court, Tommie came around her daughter again and still did what she thought was right as a mother.
Well according to Bossip, the judge gave her 10 years, but none of them will be served in prison. Tommie has been ordered to complete a residential recovery program and 12 months of successful aftercare with licensed doctors.
10 years probation, absolutely no trouble or she will be in the slammer serving them.
