Cnn.com is reporting the the country of Ethiopia has been OFFLINE for some time now. By offline yes I mean they have not had any internet services and the people are upset and want an answer as to why!
The people have no explanation as to why the internet shutdown has took place. Many are speculating that it is to prevent student form cheating on national exams.
