DaBaby is officially on probation for a year because of his walmart shooting case spokeswoman Meghan McDonald from the Mecklenburg District Attorney’s Office said “the DaBaby as been found guilty of carrying a concealed firearm, and as result of that judgment, he’s been sentenced to one year of unsupervised probation. ” DaBaby has had his share of run ins with the law in the past year from another concealed firearm case that the witness didn’t show up to court for , in the walmart case a young man lost his life and although DaBaby was arrested he was not charged with the murder of the young man and from all the reports it is unclear of why he wasn’t charged in this case but DaBaby did go on social media to let everyone know that he was acting in self defense .
