With the construction that feels like it will never end there are people trying to take advantage of the equipment laying around. In Northeast Ohio a man took a bulldozer on a destructive joy ride taking it from the site and taking it to a residential area. Police are looking for the suspect that took this vehicle. They know the man wasn’t a construction worker because of the lack of clothes he was wearing while also jerking he machine back and forth. The bulldozer hit the front of someones house and then was later abandoned.
