While R. Kelly is sitting in a jail cell, Lifetime is getting ready to add more fuel to the bombshell the artist is facing. The Aftermath will be a followup feature to the channel’s groundbreaking docuseries Surviving R. Kelly.
According to Variety, The Aftermath will include new survivors, psychologists and experts close to the R. Kelly trial. We may see other celebrities like John Legend, Sparkle and others share their thoughts of the man behind the child pornography and sexual assault history.
Kelly has been indicted on 18 counts of serious sexual misconduct, child pornography, and other charges in Chicago and New York. He has pleaded not guilty and is currently being held without bond in Chicago.
