Mariah Carey To Judge X Factor!

Mariah Carey may not have landed the American Idol judging gig, but she’s not giving up on getting a cushy TV job. Sources say that it’s looking more and more like Carey will join Simon Cowell’s US version of X Factor when it comes to Fox next year. Cowell reportedly wants to bring British singer/UK X Factor judge Cheryl Cole to the States, but Fox executives are worried that she is just too unknown in America. “Look, I’ve said I’d love Cheryl out there but whether it will happen, who knows?,” Cowell told News of the World. “Mariah Carey would be an amazing addition to the US show. And she’s exactly the right caliber of star that we want for the show.”
