A twenty-one year old man in Iran is suffering from something a lot of people might be envious of, a permanent erection! He decided to be cool and get a tattoo on his penis in Persia reading “borow be salaamat” (good luck on your journeys), and the first initial of his girlfriend’s last name (“M”).
How did the tattoo cause a permanent erection? The tattoo was done with a handheld needle and caused bleeding of the tissue for several days. The man then had surgery to attempt to drain the excess fluid, but the surgery was unsuccessful.
