My prayers have been answered!  Missy Elliott is back in the studio and getting ready for a summer release!  I’ve been waiting on Missy to come back and show these new female rappers how it’s really done and it seems  like she is ready. Missy has been on hiatus since 2005  and everybody thought she […]

2011 was the breakout year for J. Cole. He had a hit album and toured around the world in support of it. Cole is now readying his latest video from his debut disc, Cole World: The Sideline Story. The “Nobody’s Perfect” video is said to be in production as we speak. Visuals for the third […]

It’s been a long time since Timbaland and Missy Elliott have been in the studio together. Fortunately, the duo recently announced that they are back!

In the 1980s, musicians only scratched the surface of what could be done with the music video. Michael Jackson set the standard and in the 1990s, everyone raced to match or surpass him.

In the video, which just hit today, Jazmine takes it back to the classic 1990 film, […]

At last night’s VH1 Hip-Hop Honors to the “Dirty South”, Timbaland, Uncle Luke, Master P, Jermaine Dupri and J Prince were treated with tribute performances.

Making lists of someone’s best work is solely based on opinion, but Complex Magazine’s recent list of the top 25 Timbaland tracks has some glaring omissions.

Hip hop producers are known for digging deep in the crates for the records they use to create the songs we all know and love.  No genre is immune from being sampled!
