Next year’s NBA All-Star Game will be played in HOUSTON!! The league has announced that the 2013 mid-season spectacle will be held Sunday February 17th at the Toyota Center. It will be the third time the NBA All-Star Game has been held in Houston. Now that you know where it is, you can start looking hotel rooms and flights!
